Jack Loop

Jack Loop is Managing Director at LocusLabs, a San Francisco based start-up and the leading indoor mapping and location platform provider in the air transport industry.

LocusLabs develops a comprehensive product suite and software solution for micro-location and venue location services available at many of the top global airports. It is being adopted by many of the largest global airlines such as Delta Air Lines, American Airlines, Lufthansa Group, United Airlines and many more in various stages of rollout. LocusMaps is a software development kit (SDK) and application programming interface (API) which can be used for any number of use cases, including mobile passenger wayfinding, estimated walking time, digital signage, staff tracking and asset management. Common passenger related use cases aim to help people find anything they are looking for inside large complex spaces by providing the most information-rich maps and indoor location experience in the world.

Jack brings a unique blend of entrepreneurship and air industry experience having served in several advisory roles to SITA Lab after Expedia acquired his last company Mobiata.

Jack’s early career was consumed by roles launching the original smartphone devices and messaging service launches for AT&T Mobility.  He left shortly after the launch of the original iPhone to focus on what was then the dawn of the mobile app market.
